Airdrop Guide: How to Claim SGB & EXFI on Nexo

This one has been a long time coming. We are pleased to officially announce that we are supporting the Songbird (SGB) airdrop program for XRP holders.

We have been in constant communication with the Flare team to make all the necessary arrangements to distribute the canary network’s token. To make things even easier for our loyal XRP community, we’ve decided to also take part in the Experimental Finance (EXFI) airdrop on the Songbird Network, respecting your due right to participate in the SGB snapshot on December 12, 2021. That’s right, you’ll receive both SGB and EXFI at once, hassle free.

Are You Eligible?

You are eligible for the SGB and EXFI airdrops if you held XRP on the Nexo Platform on December 12, 2020. Since we are using the XRP snapshot from December 12, 2020 as the basis for the distribution of SGB, your eligibility to receive SGB means you are also eligible to receive EXFI tokens.

How to Claim and Receive Your SGB and EXFI?

Make sure you have a non-custodial ERC-20 address.*
Claim your tokens by filling out the Typeform you will receive by email by 00:00 UTC on January 1, 2022.
Get 0.1511 SGB per 1 XRP and 1 EXFI per 235.275 SGB in January, 2022.

Please note that all XRP holders who are eligible for the two airdrops will receive an email with a Typeform where they can claim their tokens. Only access the Typeform through personal direct communication from the Nexo Team.

If you fail to fill the Typeform out by 00:00 UTC on January 1, 2022 or if you provide a wrong ERC-20 address, you will be considered ineligible to receive the SGB and EXFI tokens.

*Type in a self-custody (non-custodial) ERC-20 Ethereum mainnet wallet that supports the SGB network. Please refer to the official information on supported wallets, which include MetaMask among others. Please make sure that the address you have provided in the Typeform meets the requirements. If you’ve already entered an address that does not meet them, you can re-submit and we will only use the data from the second submission.
