REFERRAL PROGRAM

You can start inviting friends as soon as you create your Nexo account.

1. Log in to your account and make sure your Identity Verification is completed.
2. On your Nexo app, go to 'My Profile' -> 'Invite Friends' and copy your unique referral link.
3. Share your referral link with your friends, asking them to create a Nexo account and verify their identity.
4. Once they register and complete the referral tasks, you will both get crypto rewards in BTC.

For the full referral reward, here's the breakdown:

• Top Up Task: Your referral needs to buy or top up at least $500 worth of any digital asset in a single transaction and keep it on the platform for a minimum of 30 days. After completing the task, you and your referral will receive $10 and $15 in BTC rewards, respectively.

• Exchange Task: Your referral needs to exchange at least $1,000 worth of digital assets on the Nexo Exchange within 90 days after their registration to receive $10 in BTC. You'll receive a reward equal to 0.1% of their exchange volume, capped at $100,000, which is equivalent to up to $100 after the 90-day period expires. 
• Borrow Task: Your referral needs to borrow at least $1,000 in USDC or USDT on Nexo during the first 90 days after their registration to receive $10 in BTC. You will receive a reward equal to 0.15% of their borrowed amount, capped at $50,000 in digital assets, which is equivalent to up to $75 in BTC after the 90-day period expires.

You can invite an unlimited number of friends, but they must not have created a Nexo account before – only new customers can be referred.

You can track the current status of all your invited friends in 'My Profile' -> 'Invite Friends' inside the Nexo app.

You can always sign in to your account and check your reward status. If you haven't received your reward, there could be several possible reasons for this:

• Your invitee didn’t sign up through your unique link. Please note that referrals are not captured if the invited person signs up via the Nexo platform/app and not your link.
• Your friend hasn’t completed the referral tasks within 90 days of signing up.
• Your invitee has not passed Identity Verification to unlock the Nexo features. 
• Your referral hasn’t topped up at least $500 worth of digital assets and/or held them on the platform for at least 30 days. Note that their portfolio has to remain equal to or above $500 at the end of the period for the reward to be distributed. Moreover, internal transfers (from other Nexo users) won’t be counted toward the top-up amount, and the $500 amount must be added to their account in a single transaction.
• Your referral hasn’t made any exchange transactions within the 90-day post-registration period for you to receive the 0.1% reward on the overall exchange volume. Keep in mind that no reward will be given for the exchange transactions made after the 90-day period.
• Your referral hasn’t borrowed at least $1,000 worth in USDC or USDT within the 90-day post-registration period for you to receive the 0.15% reward on the overall borrow volume. Note that no reward will be given for loans taken out after the 90-day period.

The current top-up task is adjusted as of September 9, 2024, 13:30 UTC. For referrals before this date, the relevant top-up threshold and reward applied are visible within the Referral tab on the Nexo app or web platform. The adjustments apply only to the top-up task.
