Rules of Nexo Championship Giveaway
1. General Rules
1.1. Nexo Championship Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) shall be conducted within the period from 14:00 CEST on August 10, 2026, until 23:59 CEST on August 13, 2026 (“the Campaign Period”) and shall be communicated by a total of two entry posts (the “Campaign Post/s”) from Nexo’s official channels on Reddit - r/Nexo, X - @Nexo, Instagram - @nexofinance, Telegram - @NexoRadar, and Facebook - @nexofinance (“Nexo’s Official Channels”).
1.2. The organisation and conduct of the Campaign, as well as the participation therein, shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the present rules (“the Rules”).
2. Right of Participation
2.1. Natural persons who comply with the Rules and are (i) of at least 18 years of age, (ii) not residents of Canada, the states of New York or California (USA), or citizens or residents of, or located in, any jurisdiction where the Campaign, participation therein, or receipt of the Reward is prohibited or restricted by Applicable Law, or where the conduct of the Campaign would require any registration, bonding, licence, or other governmental authorisation, and, (iii) not persons who are citizens or residents of, located in, or organised under the laws of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or persons designated on any applicable sanctions list, can participate in the Campaign (separately referred to as "Participant", and collectively as "Participants").
2.2. No purchase, payment or funding of any kind, and no Nexo Account or Identity Verification is required to enter the Campaign or to be selected as the Winner. As a condition of delivery of the Reward, the Winner must provide Nexo with the identifying information and documentation (subject to the applicable data protection laws) reasonably required by Nexo to (i) verify the Winner's eligibility under the Rules, (ii) perform any screening required under Applicable Law, including sanctions screening, and (iii) enable the issuance of the Reward in accordance with the Ticketing Terms. If the Winner fails to provide such information within the period communicated by Nexo, Nexo, at its sole discretion, may invalidate the Winner selection and select an alternate Winner in accordance with Article 5.
2.3. The following persons may not participate in the Campaign: (i) employees, directors, officers, and agents of Nexo and its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members; (ii) persons whose Nexo Accounts (where applicable) have been suspended, restricted, or terminated; (iii) persons who reside in any jurisdiction where participation in the Campaign would be prohibited or restricted by Applicable Law.
2.4. By participating in the Campaign, every Participant declares full and unconditional consent to the Rules and agrees to accept as final and binding all Nexo’s decisions with regard to the Campaign, save in the case of manifest error.
3. Mechanism
3.1. To be eligible for a Reward from the Campaign, the Participant must, on the respective platform: (i) follow or subscribe to the Nexo Official Channel; (ii) like or react to the Campaign Post; (iii) comment on or reply to the Campaign Post; and (iv) on X only, additionally repost the Campaign Post. Completion of all applicable actions constitutes one (1) entry per Campaign Post per platform. With two (2) Campaign Posts published on each of five (5) platforms, a Participant may accumulate a maximum of ten (10) entries. Participants shall be eligible to participate only with their personal account in the respective platform. In case any Participant uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempts to circumvent the Rules, their entries, at the sole discretion of Nexo, may be disqualified from participation in the Campaign.
4. Rewards
4.1. Subject to fulfilling all requirements stated in Article 3, a total of twenty (20) Participants (the “Winners”) shall be selected to receive the following rewards (the “Reward”).
- A pair of tickets (one for the Winner and one for accompanying guest of their choice) for each of the three tournament days of the Nexo Championship golf tournament at Trump International Golf Links, held between August 21 to 23, 2026, at Aberdeenshire, or a total of six tickets per winner. Total of ten (10) Rewards for ten (10) Winners.

The Rewards under Articles 4.1(A) and 4.1(B) will be randomly allocated among the selected Winners.
4.2. Requests for cash or another Reward substitution and requests for transfer or assignment of the Reward to third parties shall not be allowed nor considered by Nexo, except under the circumstances of Article 4.4. Nexo reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if the stated Reward becomes unavailable.
4.3. The Rewards under Article 4.1(A) are issued by PGA European Tour (PGAET) or its authorised ticketing agent/s, and are subject in all respects to the PGAET 2026 Ticket Terms and Conditions and any applicable stadium, venue, and event rules, and any rules of the competition organisers and applicable security authorities (collectively, the "Ticketing Terms"), and the Winner shall comply with the Ticketing Terms at all times. The Reward is non-transferable (save for the exception under Article 4.4), and its use may require the Winner to activate a RFID device or complete other applicable steps and provide the respective identification information. The Reward may be cancelled, revoked, or invalidated by PGAET, its ticketing agents, or the venue operator in accordance with the Ticketing Terms, including in case of the Winner's breach thereof, and neither Nexo nor PGAET shall bear any liability whatsoever, nor shall the Winner be entitled to any replacement, compensation, or reimbursement, in connection with any such cancellation, revocation, or invalidation. The Winner is responsible for the safekeeping of the tickets. Nexo will not replace lost, forwarded, or misused tickets. Tickets may not be sold, offered for sale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose, and remain subject to the Ticketing Terms in all respects.
4.4. Nexo may, in its sole and absolute discretion, and where applicable under the Ticketing Terms, honour any Winner requests to transfer their Rewards under Article 4.1(A) to any other individual of their choice, as long as such individual meets the criteria under Article 2.1, provided that such requests are made within reasonable time of the Winner claiming their Reward and in no event any later than August 19, 2026. The transferee shall provide the information required under Article 2.2 as a condition of issuance.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The Winners will be randomly selected by Nexo from all entries eligible for the Campaign on August 14 by 2026, 14:00 CEST and will be announced on Nexo’s Official Channels. The Winners will be notified via private message to provide the necessary information in order to claim their Reward, and have until no later than August 16, 2026, 23:59 CEST, to claim their Rewards. Promptly after, Nexo will initiate the distribution thereof.
5.2. Nexo shall have no liability for any Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Reward within the designated deadline, Nexo, at its sole discretion, may invalidate the Winner selection and select an alternate Winner.
5.3. The Winner shall be fully and solely responsible for any and all Reward-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, any fees or sanctions imposed in this regard, transportation, logistics, visa and any other travel-related expenses, insurances, or any other costs and expenses that may be imposed by PGAET or the venue. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Nexo shall cover the cost of standard delivery of the Reward under Article 4.1(B) to the postal address provided by the Winner. Any customs or import duties, taxes, or fees levied in the Winner's jurisdiction in connection with the delivery shall be borne by the Winner.
5.4. The Winners of the Rewards and their accompanying guests under Article 4.1 (A) must be able to attend the tournament at Trump International Golf Links, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, at their own expense and hold all necessary travel documents and entry authorisations.
ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES BY THE WINNER WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN.
6. Data Protection
6.1. By participating in the Campaign, Participants acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by Nexo for the purposes of administering the Campaign, including without limitation: (i) verifying eligibility, (ii) calculating Entries, (iii) conducting Reward draws, (iv) notifying and communicating with winners, (v) delivering Rewards, and (vi) publishing the names or pseudonyms of winners, subject to Applicable Law. Nexo may disclose Participant information to third parties (including ticketing agents) as necessary to provide the Rewards.
6.2. Personal data collected in connection with the Campaign shall be processed in accordance with Nexo's Privacy Policy, available on the Nexo Platform, and applicable data protection legislation.
6.3. Participants have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their personal data by contacting Nexo at [email protected], subject to Nexo's legal obligations to retain certain data.
7. Rights Reserved by Nexo
7.1. Where circumstances beyond Nexo's control, not foreseen in these Rules, or constituting force majeure justify it, Nexo may suspend, cancel, or modify the Campaign. In such cases, Nexo shall notify Participants via the Nexo Platform or the Nexo Official Channels as soon as reasonably practicable.
7.2. Nexo reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who: (i) violates these Rules, (ii) engages in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct in connection with the Campaign, including without limitation the use of bots, macros, scripts, multi-account activity, or other unauthorised technical means to artificially inflate Entry counts, or (iii) provides false or misleading information in connection with the Campaign. Disqualified Participants shall forfeit any Entries and Rewards associated with their participation.
7.3. Any attempt by a Participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may represent a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Nexo reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Nexo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, including without limitation: (i) any inability to participate in the Campaign due to technical issues, network failures, or force majeure; (ii) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the acceptance, possession, or use of any Reward; (iii) any travel-related incidents, delays, cancellations, or disruptions in connection with the Reward. Nothing in these Rules shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
9. Others
9.1. The PGAET™ and DP World Tour™ name and logo are trademarks owned by the PGA European Tour. Neither PGAET nor DP World Tour is a sponsor or administrator of this Campaign in any way.
9.2. The Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), X Corp., Reddit, Inc., or Telegram FZ-LLC, or any of their respective affiliates (the "Platform Providers"). Each Participant releases the Platform Providers from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the Campaign. Information provided in connection with the Campaign is provided to Nexo and not to any Platform Provider.
9.3. Nexo, at its sole discretion, at any time during the Campaign Period or otherwise, can amend the Rules.
9.4. Any notice required or made under these Rules by any Participant to Nexo shall only be made via e-mail in English to [email protected]. Any notice required or made under these Rules from Nexo to any Participant shall be considered validly received when addressed to the Participant’s last provided email address, mailing address or phone number.
9.5. Nexo shall have no liability for any Participant’s failure to receive notices therefrom regarding the Campaign due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or any Participant’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact details. If a Participant cannot be contacted or is ineligible, Nexo, at its sole discretion, may invalidate any Reward under Art. 4.
9.6. For the purpose of these Rules, "Applicable Law" shall mean all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to the Campaign, to Nexo, or to a Participant, as the context requires.
9.7. These Rules and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Rules deprives a Participant of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of their country of residence.
9.8. By entering the Campaign, the Participants declare that they have reviewed, accepted, and consented to all terms and conditions of the Rules.
