How can I participate in the Futures promo?
To participate in the Futures Promo, you need to open long or short positions worth at least 1,000 USDT on the BTC instrument. You can do that on the Nexo app, starting from Feb 21 at 14:00 UTC.
Each 1,000* USDT opened in long/short positions in Futures, counts as one entry into our random draw and gives you a chance to be one of the 20 lucky winners. So, a 10,000 USDT position, for example, gets you 10 entries.
*Note: You can open multiple BTC perpetual positions that add up to 1,000 USDT or more in total value to qualify for the promotion. For example, you could open three separate positions of 100 USDT, 200 USDT, and 750 USDT, equivalent to one entry in the random draw.
How do I get more entries in the draw?
One way to get more entries is by using various leverage settings.
For example, you can open a BTC position worth 2,000 USDT with 400 USDT if you apply 5x leverage. In the context of the promotion, this increased position counts as two entries into the draw, giving you more chances to win.
On the other hand, if you use 10x leverage, a 2,000 USDT position will require only 200 USDT. However, the higher leverage setting is associated with greater risk. You can learn more about it by visiting our dedicated Help Center article.
What is my reward?
20 randomly selected users will receive a reward of 0.05 BTC from a 1 BTC Prize Pool, paid out in USDT in their Futures Wallet.
How long will the Futures Promo last for?
The limited-time promo starts on Feb 21, 14:00 UTC and ends on Mar 5, 2024, 23:59 UTC.
Who is eligible to participate in the Futures promo?
Both new and existing Nexo users can join the Futures Promo. Whether you’ve traded Futures before or it's your first time using it on the Nexo app, you’re eligible to join.
The promotion won’t be available in the following jurisdictions: the US and US territories, the UK, Canada, Germany, and Australia.
How to trade Futures on the Nexo app?

How can I add funds to my account and join the Futures Promo?
Adding assets to your Nexo account is quick and easy. Here’s a couple of ways to do it:
- Buy digital assets directly with your credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or add funds through a bank transfer.
- Transfer digital assets from an external wallet by using your Nexo top-up address.

When will I get my reward?
If you are one of the random draw winners, you will get your 0.05 BTC paid in USDT by March 18, 2024. The rewards will be distributed in your Futures Wallet.
