Rules of the Nexo Card Holiday Cashback Campaign
1. General rules
1.1. The Nexo Card Holiday Cashback Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) shall be conducted within the period from 14:00 UTC on November 20, 2025, until 23:59 UTC on December 31, 2025 (“the Campaign Period”).
1.2. The organisation and conduct of the Campaign, as well as the participation therein, shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the present rules (“the Rules”) and the Nexo Terms of Service (“General Terms”), available on the Nexo Platform.
2. Right of Participation
2.1. Clients who comply with the Rules and the General Terms and are not (i) citizens or residents of the USA, or (ii) residents of Canada, UK, or any other jurisdictions where we have restricted our services and who have been selected for participation by Nexo can participate in the Campaign (separately referred to as “Participant”, and collectively as “Participants”). Eligible Participants will be notified by Nexo via email and/or through the Nexo Platform.
2.2. By participating in the Campaign, every Participant declares full and unconditional consent to the Rules and agrees to accept as final and binding all Nexo’s decisions with regard to the Campaign.
3. Mechanism
3.1. To be eligible for a Reward from the Campaign, the Participant has to fulfil the following cumulative conditions:
3.1.1. have an active Nexo Card;
3.1.2. set their preference to receive crypto cashback in NEXO Tokens through the Nexo Platform;
3.1.3. make one or more eligible transactions, as defined on the Nexo Platform and subject to change from time to time at Nexo’s sole and absolute discretion, with the Nexo Card during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Transactions”). For more information, please refer to this page.
4. Rewards
4.1. Subject to fulfilling all requirements stated in Article 3, the Participant shall enjoy a promotional crypto cashback rate and promotional crypto cashback limits during the Campaign Period (“Reward”). For Eligible Transactions in Credit Mode, Participants will receive crypto cashback at a promotional rate calculated by applying a multiplier to the standard crypto cashback rate applicable to the Participant, depending on their Loyalty Tier. The multiplier depends on the cumulative settled spending generated by the Participant using the Nexo Card during the Campaign Period in the following way:
4.1.1. for total spending between USD 0 and USD 499.99, the multiplier shall be 1;
4.1.2. for total spending between USD 500 and USD 2,999.99, the multiplier shall be 2;
4.1.3. for total spending between USD 3,000 and USD 4,999.99, the multiplier shall be 3;
4.1.4. for total spending above USD 5,000, the multiplier shall be 5.
4.2. For the avoidance of doubt, once a user generates sufficient total spending to qualify for a higher multiplier, that higher multiplier is applied to subsequent settled transactions for the remainder of the Campaign Period, or until the Participant qualifies for a higher multiplier, if applicable. In the event of any refund, reversal, or chargeback related to a previously settled transaction, the Participant’s cumulative settled spending shall be reduced accordingly for the purposes of determining the applicable multiplier, which may result in a lower multiplier being applied to subsequent transactions.
4.3. During the Campaign Period, transactions in Debit Mode that fit all other conditions for an Eligible Transaction shall be deemed to be Eligible Transactions and will earn crypto cashback at a promotional rate. The promotional rate for Eligible Transactions in Debit Mode shall be half of the promotional rate for Eligible Transactions in Credit Mode, determined in accordance with Article 4.1 above.
4.4. During the Campaign Period, Participants will benefit from an increased crypto cashback monthly limit, whereby the limit applicable to each Participant, depending on their Loyalty Tier, will be increased by 50%.
4.5. During the Campaign Period, Participants who do not participate in the Loyalty Program will benefit from a promotional crypto cashback rate on all Eligible Transactions with the Nexo Card, up to USD 10 per month. For such Participants, the promotional cashback rate for Eligible Transactions in Credit mode shall be 0.2% when the multiplier is 1, while Articles 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3 shall apply accordingly.
4.6. After the end of the Campaign Period, the eligibility for, rate of, and limits applicable to crypto cashback generated via the use of the Nexo Card shall be determined in accordance with the General Terms and any conditions indicated on the Nexo Platform.
4.7. Requests for cash or another Reward substitution and requests for transfer or assignment of the Reward to third parties shall not be allowed nor considered by Nexo.
4.8. The Participants shall be fully and solely responsible for: (i) any and all Reward-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, any fees or sanctions imposed in this regard; (ii) ensuring their compliance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in regard to the Reward receipt.
ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES BY THE PARTICIPANT WILL RESULT IN THE PARTICIPANT’S DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CAMPAIGN.
5. Rights Reserved by Nexo
5.1. Nexo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Nexo’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign.
5.2. Nexo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify, revoke, or deny the Campaign’s Reward, block access to products, or exclude from future promotional offers any client who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign, including but not limited to engaging in dishonest or abusive activities, bulk-account registrations to obtain additional Rewards, using the same top-up/withdrawal addresses or generate activity from the same IP address and any other activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful or such that violates the Rules or the General Terms. Nexo has the right, at its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, including, but not limited to, the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by a Participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may represent a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Nexo reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Others
6.1. Nexo may amend the rules, at its sole and absolute discretion at any time during the Campaign Period or otherwise.
6.2. Any notice required or made under these Rules by any Participant to Nexo shall only be made via e-mail in English to [email protected]. Any notice required or made under these Rules from Nexo to any Participant shall be considered validly received when addressed to the Participant’s last provided email address, mailing address or phone number.
6.3. Nexo shall have no liability for any Participant’s failure to receive notices therefrom regarding the Campaign due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or any Participant’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact details. If a Participant cannot be contacted or is ineligible, Nexo, at its sole discretion, may invalidate any Reward under Art. 4.
6.4. All relations between Nexo and the Participants will be governed by the present Rules, the General Terms, and the Applicable Law, as defined by the General Terms.
6.5. By entering the Campaign, the Participants declare that they have reviewed, accepted, and consented to all terms and conditions of the Rules.
