Earn up to 15%1 on GMX (“Promo”) is available within the period 10:00 UTC on October 7, 2022 till - 13:00 UTC on November 30, 2022 (“Promo Period”). Promo applies to all users2 of Nexo Earn Interest Product in GMX complying with the Nexo Services General Terms and Conditions and the Nexo Earn Interest Product General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”).
Nexo shall pay daily an interest rate starting from 10% (“Interest”) on all GMX top-ups accumulated within the Period. The exact rates of interest, depending on the user’s Loyalty tier, and bonuses applicable for fixed terms and/or earning in NEXO Tokens, are indicated on the Nexo platform and www.nexo.com. After November 30, 2022, all users, including users of Nexo Earn Interest Product for a fixed term will start earning at the standard rate depending on their Loyalty Tier.
By participating in Earn up to 15% on GМX, every participant declares their full and unconditional consent to the above requirements and the General Terms, and accepts as final and binding all Nexo’s decisions with regard to Earn up to 15% on GМX. All relations between Nexo and the participants will be governed by the General Terms and the applicable law, as defined by the General Terms.
