Nexo Card Cashback Promotion (“the Promo”) is only available for a selected group of users who have received an email Promo notification from Nexo and who made 3 (three) transactions with their virtual or physical Nexo Card before 23:59 UTC on May 16, 2023. (“the Participants”). The Participants shall unlock up to 6% cashback in NEXO Tokens for all eligible¹ transactions made from 00:00 UTC on May 17, 2023, until 23:59 UTC on May 31, 2023 (“the Promo Period”).

The maximum payout cashback for the Promo is limited to $50. After the maximum amount is met, users will revert to up to 2% cashback and up to $200 limit, depending on their loyalty level.

Cashback shall be available in the Participant’s Nexo account once the transaction is approved. The cashback percentages depending on the Participant’s loyalty tier are as follows:

Base: 1%
Silver: 2%
Gold: 3%
Platinum: 6%

By participating in the Promo, every participant declares their full and unconditional consent to the above requirements (“Promo Rules”), the Nexo Services General Terms and Conditions and the Nexo Crypto Credit General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), and accepts as final and binding all Nexo’s decisions with regard to the Promo. In case of discrepancies between the Promo Rules and the General Terms, the latter shall prevail.

*¹ As announced on the Nexo Platform, certain transactions are ineligible for Nexo Card cashback and the Promo. All other limitations and restrictions for the Nexo Card, available on the Nexo Platform, shall apply accordingly.

*² The maximum number of Participants who can benefit from the Promo will be capped at 50,000.
