1.1. The HNW Loyalty Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) shall be conducted within the period from 18:00 (UTC) on April 12, 2023, until 18:00 (UTC) on April 26, 2023 (“the Campaign Period”).
1.2. The organization and conduct of the Campaign, as well as the participation therein, shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the present rules (“the Rules”) and the Nexo Services General Terms and Conditions, the Nexo Earn Interest Product General Terms and Conditions and the Nexo Crypto Credit General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), available on the Nexo Platform.
2.1. Clients at Gold Loyalty Tier, at the beginning of the Campaign Period, having USD value of their Digital Assets in the range predefined internally by Nexo and complying with the Rules and the General Terms, can participate in the Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “the Participant/s”).
2.2. By participating in the Campaign, Participants declare full and unconditional consent to the Rules and agree to accept as final and binding all Nexo’s decisions with regard to the Campaign.
3.1. To be eligible for a Reward and derive advantages during the Reward period, Participants shall meet all of the conditions in this section cumulatively:
3.1.1. The total USD value of the Nexo Account should not be decreased, based on the eligibility check (“Eligibility check”), as follows:
3.1.2. Create a Fixed Team using all available NEXO Tokens in the Nexo Account before the Final snapshot. If a Participant has enabled to earn Interest in NEXO Tokens, new Fixed Terms with the paid daily Interest should not be created, as long as the Participant has reached Platinum Loyalty Tier;
3.1.3. NEXO Tokens serving as Collateral should be moved to Savings Wallet and used for a Fixed Term, in case the Nexo Crypto Credit is repaid before the Final snapshot, or during the Reward period;
3.1.4. Reach and maintain Platinum Loyalty Tier before the Final snapshot.
4.1. If the Participants satisfy all of the requirements in Art. 3, they will receive Platinum Loyalty Tier (“the Reward”) for two consecutive months (“Reward period”), starting after the Final snapshot, regardless of their NEXO Token holdings. The Participants shall receive additional two months of Platinum Loyalty Tier if they have created only 12-month Fixed Terms during the Campaign Period, where the USD value of the Digital Assets thereof exceeds Nexo’s pre-defined range.
4.2. During the Reward period, any Nexo Services utilized by the Participants will receive the advantageous Platinum Loyalty Tier benefits. To maintain these benefits beyond the Reward period, the Participants must fulfill the criteria for achieving the Platinum Loyalty Tier before the Reward period ends.
5.1. Nexo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Nexo’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign.
5.2. Nexo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify, revoke or deny the Campaign’s Reward, block access to products, or exclude from future promotional offers any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or violates the Rules or the General Terms. Nexo has the right, at its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, and to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to, the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by a Participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may represent a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Nexo reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.1. Nexo, at its sole discretion, at any time during the Campaign Period and the Reward period, can amend the Rules, whereas all amendments shall become effective as of the date of publication of the amended version of the Rules on the Nexo Platform.
6.2. Any notice required or made under these Rules by any Participant to Nexo shall only be made via e-mail in English to [email protected]. Any notice required or made under these Rules from Nexo to any Participant shall be considered validly received when addressed to the Participant’s last provided email address, mailing address or phone number.
6.3. Nexo shall have no liability for any Participant’s failure to receive notices therefrom regarding the Campaign due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or any Participant’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact details. If a Participant cannot be contacted or is ineligible, Nexo, at its sole discretion, may invalidate any Reward and/or Reward period under Art. 4.
6.4. All relations between Nexo and the Participants will be governed by the present Rules, the General Terms and the Applicable Law, as defined by the General Terms.
6.5. By entering the Campaign, the Participants declare that they have reviewed, accepted, and consented to all terms and conditions of the Rules.
