Adding your Nexo Card to Apply Pay is easy. Here’s how:

iPhone

Open Apple Wallet on your iPhone, then tap the plus sign (+) to get started.

Apple Watch

Open Apple Wallet on your Apple Watch, then tap Add Card to get started.

iPad

Go to Settings, open “Wallet & Apple Pay”, and select “Add Credit or Debit Card”.

Macbook Pro

Go to System Preferences, select “Wallet & Apple Pay,” then select “Add Card.”

What devices are compatible with Apple Pay?

  • iPhone: Compatible with iPhone 6 and later for use in stores, apps, and websites via Safari.
  • Apple Watch: Works in stores and apps when paired with an iPhone 6 or later.
  • iPad: Supported on iPad Pro, iPad (5th generation), iPad Air 2, and iPad mini 3 or later for apps and Safari websites.
  • Mac: Available on Macs from 2012 or later in Safari, paired with an Apple Pay-enabled iPhone or Apple Watch.

How do I make my Nexo Card the default card?

Open the Apple Wallet on your iPhone, hold your Nexo Card and simply drag it to the front.

Can I continue to use Apple Pay if I freeze my card in the Nexo app? 

No. If you freeze your Nexo Card from the Nexo app, you won’t be able to make payments with it on Apple Pay.

What happens if I lose my Nexo Card?

You can immediately freeze your card from the Nexo app. If you do so, you won’t be able to use your phone to make payments through Apple Pay.

If you find your card, you can unfreeze it from the Nexo app and use Apple Pay again.

If you need to order a replacement, you will need to add the new card and delete the old one from your Apple Wallet.

Where can I use Apple Pay? Can I use it abroad? 

Apple Pay can be used anywhere that accepts contactless payments, including on transport and in shops, restaurants and cafes worldwide.

Can I use Apple Pay for in-app purchases?

Yes, you can. Simply select Apple Pay as your payment method during checkout and pay quickly and securely with your Nexo Card.
