USDT Yield Boost Campaign — Terms and Conditions
1. General Rules
1.1. The Nexo USDT Yield Boost Campaign (“the Campaign”) shall be conducted within the period from 14:00 (UTC-3) on August 5, 2026 until 10:00 (UTC-3) on September 4, 2026 (“the Campaign Period”).
1.2. The organisation and conduct of the Campaign, as well as the participation therein, shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the present rules (“the Rules”) and the Nexo Terms of Service (“General Terms”), available on the Nexo Platform. In the event of a conflict between the Rules and the General Terms, the Rules shall prevail, to the extent of the inconsistency. The Campaign is void where prohibited or restricted by Applicable Law.
2. Right of Participation
2.1. Clients of Nexo Services S.A., whether natural or legal persons, who: (i) comply with the Rules and the General Terms; (ii) either (a) have registered a new Nexo Account with Nexo Services S.A. for the first time, and have completed the verification of such Account, such that it becomes enabled to operate on the Nexo Platform, in both cases during the Campaign Period; or (b) hold a Nexo Account with Nexo Services S.A. that was registered and verified before the Campaign Period, provided that such Account has not been credited with any deposit prior to the Campaign Period; (iii) make an Eligible Deposit (as defined in Article 3.1.) during the Campaign Period; and (iv) if such deposit is not made in USDT, complete a Conversion Operation (as defined in Article 3.3.) during the Campaign Period, may participate in the Campaign (each, a “Participant”, and collectively, the “Participants”).
2.2. By participating in the Campaign, every Participant declares full and unconditional consent to the Rules and agrees to accept as final and binding all of Nexo's decisions with regard to the Campaign.
3. Mechanism
3.1. "Eligible Deposit" means the first deposit of funds, or the first exchange operation into USDT, made by a Participant on the Nexo Platform during the Campaign Period, with a value of at least 10 USDT or its equivalent, regardless of the funding method used, including, without limitation, the crediting of any fiat currency or virtual assets, including USDT. Deposits or exchange operations carried out through Nexo's peer-to-peer (P2P) service, and internal transfers between a Participant's own products on the Nexo Platform, shall not qualify as an Eligible Deposit. For the avoidance of doubt, where the Eligible Deposit is made directly in USDT, it shall be deemed to satisfy any conversion requirement under these Rules, and no separate Conversion Operation shall be required.
3.2. For the avoidance of doubt: (i) no Nexo Account whose registration or verification is completed after the Campaign Period shall qualify a Participant for the purposes of the Campaign; (ii) no Nexo Account that has been credited with any deposit prior to the Campaign Period shall qualify a Participant for the purposes of the Campaign, regardless of when such Account was registered or verified; and (iii) no deposit or exchange operation into USDT made before or after the Campaign Period shall qualify as an Eligible Deposit or a Conversion Operation. Any such Account or transaction shall continue to be governed by the applicable General Terms.
3.3. If applicable, the Eligible Deposit must be converted into USDT within the Campaign Period, through an exchange operation on the Nexo Platform (the "Conversion Operation"). The Benefit shall be activated and shall begin to accrue exclusively as of the date on which the Eligible Deposit in USDT or the Conversion Operation is carried out, as set out in Article 4.1.
4. Benefit
4.1. Subject to fulfilling the requirements set out in Article 2.1., upon making an Eligible Deposit (as defined in Article 3.1.) and, where applicable, completing a Conversion Operation (as defined in Article 3.3.), the Participant shall enjoy a promotional yield of up to 20% APY (the “Promotional Rate”), which may be increased in accordance with the General Terms, on the Participant's aggregate USDT balance held in Nexo's Flexible Savings product, up to a maximum of 1,000 USDT (the "Boosted Principal"), for the period set out in Article 4.6 (the “Boost Period”) (the “Benefit”).
4.2. The Boosted Principal shall be calculated on the Participant's aggregate USDT balance held in the Flexible Savings product, resulting from the Eligible Deposit and any subsequent deposit or exchange operation into USDT made by the Participant during the Boost Period, up to the 1,000 USDT cap referred to in Article 4.1., regardless of the amount of each such subsequent deposit or exchange operation. For the avoidance of doubt, any deposit or exchange operation carried out through Nexo's peer-to-peer (P2P) service, and any internal transfer between a Participant's own products on the Nexo Platform, shall not be added to the Boosted Principal.
4.3. The Benefit shall accrue exclusively on amounts of the Boosted Principal that remain held in Nexo's Flexible Savings product at all times during the Boost Period. Should all or part of the Boosted Principal be withdrawn or transferred out of the Flexible Savings product at any time during the Boost Period, whether to another Nexo product or out of the Platform, such amount shall immediately and permanently cease to accrue the Promotional Rate for the remainder of the Boost Period.
4.4. Any additional balance in excess of the Boosted Principal shall earn interest at a base rate of 6.5% APY, which may be increased in accordance with the General Terms.
4.5. Upon expiration of the Boost Period, the Participant's entire USDT balance, including any remaining Boosted Principal, shall accrue interest at Nexo's standard rate in effect at that time under the General Terms.
4.6. The Boost Period shall run, individually for each Participant, as of the date of their respective Eligible Deposit or, where applicable, the completion of the Conversion Operation, for a maximum of 30 calendar days, and shall in no event extend beyond 10:00 (UTC-3) on September 4, 2026, being the end of the Campaign Period stated in Article 1.1. Accordingly, their Eligible Deposit or, where applicable, Conversion Operation later within the Campaign Period will be entitled to a Boost Period of fewer than 30 calendar days.
4.7. The Benefit is subject to, and does not override, Nexo's general eligibility requirements for its Flexible Savings product under the General Terms, including without limitation the requirement that the Participant maintain a total portfolio balance of at least USD 1,000, including without limitation holdings in virtual assets, fiat currency, stocks, or other available assets, and that the Participant has opted in to Nexo's Earn product. A Participant who meets the requirements of these Rules but does not meet such general requirements shall not accrue the Benefit, whether at the Promotional Rate or otherwise, until such general requirements are met.
5. Boost Cap
5.1. The Campaign is subject to an aggregate cap of USD 100,000, or its equivalent, on the incremental cost of the Boost granted by Nexo for the Campaign Period, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (the "Boost Cap").
5.2. Where the Boost Cap is reached before the end of the Campaign Period, Nexo will close the Campaign to new Eligible Deposits for the remainder of the Campaign Period, without prejudice to Benefits already accrued, at the time of such closure, by Participants who made an Eligible Deposit and, where applicable, a Conversion Operation prior thereto.
5.3. Any extension, renewal, or reactivation of the Campaign beyond the Campaign Period stated in Article 1.1. shall be at Nexo's sole discretion, subject to separate notice, and shall not be presumed by the mere fact that the Boost Cap has not been exhausted.
6. Abuse
6.1. Where a Participant withdraws all or part of a pre-existing USDT balance and subsequently, or contemporaneously, funds a deposit for the purpose of qualifying such deposit as an Eligible Deposit, or otherwise structures deposits or withdrawals, uses multiple accounts, or engages in any conduct designed to obtain the Benefit more than once, or in circumvention of the Boost Cap or of the eligibility requirements set out herein, Nexo shall be entitled to treat such conduct as an abuse of the Campaign and a material breach of these Rules (“Abuse”). For these purposes, it is immaterial whether the relevant transactions are presented as separate or unrelated. Upon the occurrence of Abuse, Nexo reserves the right to:
6.1.1. retroactively apply the standard rate under the General Terms to the relevant balance;
6.1.2. immediately exclude the Participant from the Campaign;
6.1.3. reverse, claw back, or decline to credit any Benefit where Abuse is verified, whether before or after the time such Benefit would otherwise have been, or would have to be, credited to the Participant.
6.2. Requests for cash or another Benefit substitution, and requests for transfer or assignment of the Benefit to third parties, shall neither be allowed nor considered by Nexo.
6.3. The Participants shall be fully and solely responsible for: (i) any and all Benefit-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and any fees or sanctions imposed in this regard; (ii) ensuring their compliance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in regard to the Benefit receipt.
ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES BY THE PARTICIPANT WILL RESULT IN THE PARTICIPANT'S DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CAMPAIGN.
7. Rights Reserved by Nexo
7.1. Nexo reserves the right, at any time, without notice and at its sole and absolute discretion, to (i) amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Campaign, (ii) disqualify, revoke, or deny the distribution of Benefits, restrict access to any of the Nexo Services, or exclude from future Campaigns any Participant, (iii) monitor, limit, prohibit, or take necessary actions to prevent the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other unauthorised technical means to participate in the Campaign. In such cases, Nexo may abstain from crediting the Benefits without liability to you.
7.2. Any attempt by a Participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may represent a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Nexo reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Others
8.1. Any notice required or made under these Rules by any Participant to Nexo shall only be made via e-mail in Spanish or English to [email protected]. Any notice required or made under these Rules from Nexo to any Participant shall be considered validly received when addressed to the Participant's last provided email address, mailing address or phone number.
8.2. Nexo shall have no liability for any Participant's failure to receive notices therefrom regarding the Campaign due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or any Participant's provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact details. If a Participant cannot be contacted or is ineligible, Nexo, at its sole discretion, may invalidate any Benefit under Article 2.1.
8.3. All relations between Nexo and the Participants will be governed by the present Rules, the General Terms, and the Applicable Law, as defined by the General Terms.
8.4. By entering the Campaign, the Participants declare that they have reviewed, accepted, and consented to all terms and conditions of the Rules.
