First, you have to verify your identity which only takes a couple of minutes. Once you pass verification, then: 

1. From the Nexo app dashboard, tap on Buy. 
2. Select your asset and enter the amount you would like to spend. 
3. Enter your credit or debit card details. Confirm your purchase and you’re done! 

To earn instant crypto rewards, make sure at least 1% of your Portfolio Balance consists of NEXO Tokens. The rewards you get depend on your Loyalty Tier – the higher your Loyalty tier is, the more crypto you’ll earn.

If you want to get the maximum reward of 0.5%, join the Premium Loyalty tier by holding at least 10% of your Portfolio Balance in NEXO. 

Example

Let’s say you stay within Nexo’s Premium Loyalty tier and you buy $5,000 worth of BTC via the Nexo Exchange. That means you’ll get $25 worth of BTC in instant rewards:

$5,000*0.05% = $25 in BTC

Note: The total crypto rewards paid are limited to up to $100,000 in exchange volume per month. That means you’ll be earning rewards until your total monthly amount of swaps reaches $100,000. That limit resets back to $0 on the 1st day of each month.

Funding your account with USD, EUR, or GBP from your bank is easy.

1. From the app dashboard, tap on Top Up. 
2. Select Top Up USD, EUR, or GBP, and choose your asset.
3. Carefully read the instructions and copy the bank details. 
4. Enter the details in your third-party bank app or web platform and confirm the transfer. Your funds should arrive shortly.

If you already have crypto assets, you can deposit them to your Nexo account easily.

1. From the Nexo app dashboard, tap on Top Up. 
2. Select Top Up Crypto, and choose your asset.
3. Select the network and copy your deposit address.
4. Choose the same network in the third-party crypto wallet or exchange.  
5. Paste your deposit address and confirm the transfer. Your funds should arrive shortly.

Receive and send crypto to your friends on Nexo with a few taps on the Nexo app. To send crypto:

1. Go to the Wallet tab and choose one of your available assets. 
2. Select the Withdraw option.
3. Insert your friend's deposit address for the respective asset or just scan their QR code.
4. Add the amount you’d like to send and confirm your transfer. You’re all set! 

If you want to receive crypto.

1. Go to the Wallet tab and choose an asset you want to receive. 
2. Select the Top Up option. 
3. Send your deposit address to your friend, or just have them scan your QR code.
4. Once your friend initiates the transfer you will receive the funds instantly.
