Platinum Tier is an exclusive tier within Nexo’s Loyalty Program that provides increased interest rates, preferential borrowing terms, priority client support, and other platform benefits. It’s designed for clients actively building their digital-asset portfolios and exploring advanced wealth opportunities.

Add $1,000 or more in net new assets to your Nexo account during the first seven days of registration. Once your new net assets reach this amount, your Platinum Tier access activates automatically and remains active for the full 30 days. Any withdrawals or internal transfers made to other users within those first seven days will be deducted from the $1,000 total, making you ineligible for the offer. Internal transfers from other Nexo users are also excluded (valued at $0) from the net new asset calculation. Funding is valued at the time it's credited to your Nexo account. Any future market fluctuations do not affect eligibility. For example, if you add $1,000 in BTC and its price drops the next day, you still qualify based on the initial amount you added.

To meet the requirements for Platinum Tier, you must hold a 10% ratio of NEXO Tokens against the rest of your portfolio. For more details, please refer to this Help Center article.

After your 30-day experience, your account automatically transitions to the Loyalty Tier that corresponds to your total portfolio balance and NEXO Token ratio. For more details, please refer to this Help Center article.

All supported digital assets and currencies added from external sources are eligible. Internal transfers from other Nexo users do not count toward the $1,000 total, while transfers from your account to other Nexo users decrease the net asset amount. Withdrawals outside of the Nexo account (e.g. crypto withdrawals) will also deduct from your net added funds.
