The NEXO Token is a utility and loyalty token used on the Nexo platform to unlock service-level benefits. Holding NEXO can give you access to better fees and borrowing rates, enhanced cashback, withdrawal discounts, select tools, and the ability to use NEXO as collateral for Credit Lines.


The NEXO Token is not an investment. It does not provide interest, dividends, ownership rights, or investment returns. Any yield-generating or investment services are offered separately and require explicit opt-in under their own terms, including for U.S. users.

When your account falls below the criteria for your current Wealth Tier, your tier remains active for seven days, allowing you time to regain eligibility before any change takes effect.

Wealth Tiers can be reached in one of two ways:

• By maintaining a required NEXO Token ratio relative to the rest of your portfolio, alongside a minimum portfolio size.
• By holding a fixed amount of NEXO Tokens, regardless of your other assets.

The specific thresholds for each Wealth Tier are as follows:


• Classic — Portfolio over $100,000, of which 10% are NEXO Tokens. Alternatively, hold at least 50,000 NEXO Tokens.
• Premier — Portfolio over $5,000, of which 10% are NEXO Tokens. Alternatively, hold at least 500,000 NEXO Tokens.
• Elite — Portfolio over $1 million, of which 8% are NEXO Tokens. Alternatively, hold at least 1 million NEXO Tokens.
• Signature — Hold at least 2 million NEXO Tokens.

Yes. Wealth Club is designed to evolve over time. As new benefits are introduced, the program expands to offer more ways to tailor your experience, giving you greater flexibility and support as your wealth journey progresses.
