What should I do to get 0.75% crypto cashback?

To get 0.75% crypto cashback regardless of your Loyalty Tier, all you have to do is buy crypto with debit or credit card, or exchange assets during the promo period. Remember, the more purchases and/or exchanges you make, the more cashback you get.

Note that the promotional 0.75% cashback does not apply to Nexo Pro and Nexo Booster transactions.

How long will the promo cashback be available?

The promotional 0.75% crypto cashback will apply to Buy with Card purchases and exchange transactions made between Sept 12, at 13:00 UTC and Sept 26, at 23:59 UTC.

Who can participate in the promo?

This promo is only available to a preselected group of users.

What pairs are eligible for the promotional cashback?

Any pair, except stablecoin-to-stablecoin (ex. USDT/USDC), stablecoin-to-FIATx (ex. USDT/EURx), and FIATx-to-FIATx (ex. EURx/USDx), makes you eligible for a reward. Below is the full list of excluded pairs.

Are there any limits to how much crypto cashback I can get?

The total Buy-with-Card and exchange volume eligible for cashback is $100,000 per month. This means that you can get up to $750 in crypto back during the promo period. The promo cashback will be paid in NEXO Tokens.

If you have already made Buy-with-Card or exchange transactions in September prior to the start of the promo, the volume of those transactions will be deducted from the $100,000 limit. In other words, you will receive 0.75% cashback only on the amount that you purchase or exchange during the promo period.

Example: Suppose you've already exchanged $20,000 worth of crypto from the total $100,000 volume limit between Sept 1 and Sept 11. When the promo kicks off on Sept 12, you will be eligible to get 0.75% crypto cashback on the remaining $80,000, whether you choose to exchange crypto or make purchases with your card.

When will I receive my crypto reward?

You will receive standard cashback of up to 0.5% depending on your Loyalty Tier for crypto purchases and exchange transactions made during the promo period. At the end of the promo, we will recalculate the total cashback you’ve accumulated, and you will get the remaining cashback reward by Oct 6, 2023.

The reward will be paid out in NEXO Tokens and added to your Savings Wallet, meaning that you’ll start earning interest on it automatically.

Example: If you’re a Platinum customer and you exchange $50,000 during the promo period, you will be eligible for $50,000 x 0.75% = $375 cashback. You will receive a total of $250 (i.e., 0.5% standard cashback for Platinum users) at the time of your transactions, and the remaining $125 will be paid out as an additional reward by Oct 6, 2023.

How can I buy crypto with a card?

Follow these steps to make crypto purchases on Nexo:

  1. Open your app and click on the “Buy” button on the Dashboard.
  2. Pick an asset and enter the amount you want to buy.
  3. Choose credit/debit card or Apple Pay/Google Pay as a payment method.
  4. Confirm your purchase to finalize the transaction.
