Rules of the Nexo US Welcome Campaign

1. General Rules

​​1.1. The Nexo US Welcome Premier Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) shall be conducted within the period from 11:00 EST on February 16, 2026, until terminated by Nexo at its sole discretion (“the Campaign Period”). The Campaign is sponsored by Nexo US, LLC (“Nexo” or “we”).

​​1.2. The organization and conduct of the Campaign, as well as the participation therein, shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the present rules (“the Rules”) and the Nexo US Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), available here.

2. Right of Participation

​​2.1. Clients who: (i) comply with the Rules and the General Terms, (ii) are residents of the United States, excluding the state of New York (iii) have successfully opened a Nexo Account during the Campaign Period, and (iv) have not signed up via a referral or affiliate program link, are eligible to participate in the Campaign (separately referred to as “Participant”, and collectively as “Participants”).

​​2.2. By participating in the Campaign, every Participant declares full and unconditional consent to the Rules and agrees to accept as final and binding all Nexo’s decisions with regard to the Campaign.

3. Mechanism

​​3.1. To be eligible for a Reward from the Campaign, the Participant must: (i) successfully complete the identity verification process, as described on the Nexo Platform, and (ii) reach a Net New Deposit balance of at least USD 5,000, both within 7 days of their Nexo Account opening (“Funding Period”).

​​3.2. The Net New Deposit balance is calculated as follows:

​​3.2.1. Deposits of supported assets into the Nexo Account from outside the Nexo ecosystem (e.g., from a bank account or external wallet) increase the Net New Deposit balance.

​​3.2.2. Withdrawals or internal transfers to other Nexo users decrease the Net New Deposit balance.

​​3.2.3. Internal transfers received from other Nexo users do not affect the Net New Deposit balance.

​​3.3. For the purposes of calculating the Net New Deposit balance, all deposits, transfers, and withdrawals are valued in USD at the time of the respective transaction.

​​3.4. For the avoidance of doubt, the condition stipulated in Article 3.1 shall be deemed as fulfilled only after Nexo successfully verifies the information provided by the Participant, subject to the General Terms and as described on the Nexo Platform. By entering the Campaign, Participants acknowledge and agree that they shall not be entitled to any claim in respect of any losses incurred as a result of Nexo’s inability to verify the necessary information or provide them with the Nexo Services during the Campaign Period or the Funding Period.

4. Rewards

4.1. Upon fulfilling the requirements under Article 3, the Participant shall enjoy the benefits of the applicable rates for the Premier Tier of the Nexo Loyalty Program as described in the General Terms and on the Nexo Platform (“Reward”) for a period of 30 days (“Reward Period”). Participants acknowledge and agree that certain benefits associated with the Premier Tier of the Nexo Loyalty Program are distributed at Nexo’s sole discretion and are expressly excluded from the scope of this Campaign. These include, but are not limited to, access to a dedicated account manager, the availability of over-the-counter (OTC) products, and invitations to exclusive events.

4.2. For the avoidance of doubt, if a Participant qualifies for a higher Loyalty Tier than Premier during the Reward Period based on the standard terms of the Loyalty Program, as described in the General Terms and on the Nexo Platform, they shall enjoy the benefits of that higher Tier. If the Participant subsequently ceases to qualify for that higher Tier, their Loyalty Tier shall not fall below Premier for the remainder of the Reward Period.

4.3. After the end of the Reward Period, the Loyalty Tier of the Participants and any preferential terms based thereon shall be determined in accordance with the General Terms and any conditions indicated on the Nexo Platform. For the avoidance of doubt, Participants may retain the benefits of the Premier Tier of the Nexo Loyalty Program after the Reward Period only if they fulfil the relevant requirements, as indicated in the General Terms and on the Nexo Platform.

​​4.4. Requests for cash or another Reward substitution, or for the transfer or assignment of the Reward to third parties, shall neither be allowed nor considered by Nexo.

​​4.5. The Participants shall be fully and solely responsible for: (i) any and all Reward-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, any fees or sanctions imposed in this regard; (ii) ensuring their compliance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in regard to the Reward receipt.

ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES BY THE PARTICIPANT WILL RESULT IN THE PARTICIPANT’S DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CAMPAIGN.

5. Rights Reserved by Nexo

​​5.1. Nexo reserves the right, at any time, without notice and at its sole and absolute discretion, to (i) amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Campaign, (ii) disqualify, revoke, or deny the distribution of Rewards, restrict access to any of the Nexo Services, or exclude from future Campaigns any Participant, (iii) monitor, limit, prohibit, or take necessary actions to prevent the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other unauthorised technical means to participate in the Campaign. In such cases, Nexo may abstain from distributing Rewards without liability to Participants.

​​5.2. Announced changes to the Rules take effect as stated in any notice provided by Nexo. 

​​5.3. Any attempt by a Participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may represent a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Nexo reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Others

6.1. Any notice required or made under these Rules by any Participant to Nexo shall only be made via e-mail in English to [email protected]. Any notice required or made under these Rules from Nexo to any Participant shall be considered validly received when addressed to the Participant’s last provided email address, mailing address or phone number or when communicated through the Nexo Platform (e.g. in-app message, site notice, etc.).

​6.2. Nexo shall have no liability for any Participant’s failure to receive notices therefrom regarding the Campaign due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or any Participant’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact details.

​​6.3. All relations between Nexo and the Participants will be governed by the present Rules, the General Terms, and the Applicable Law, as defined by the General Terms.

​​6.4. If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
