Rules of the Nexo Smart Credit Line Campaign

1. General Rules

1.1. The Nexo Borrow Adoption Campaign (“the Campaign”) shall be conducted within the period from 08:30 UTC on August 13, 2026, until 23:59 UTC on November 13, 2026 (“the Campaign Period”).

1.2. The organization and conduct of the Campaign, as well as the participation therein, shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the present rules (“the Rules”), the Nexo AU Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), available here, the individually signed Loan Contract under Exhibit II of the General Terms and Collateral Management Mandate (together the “Loan Agreement”).

2. Right of Participation

2.1. Individuals who: (i) comply with the Rules, the General Terms and the Loan Agreement, (ii) are residents of Australia, (iii) fall within the described target market under the Target Market Determination, available here  (iv) have successfully opened and completed identity verification of an Account, and (iv) have opted in to the Campaign via the Rewards Center during the Campaign Period, are eligible to participate in the Campaign (separately referred to as “Participant”, and collectively as “Participants”). Eligible Participants will be notified by Nexo via email and/or through the Nexo Platform.

2.2. By participating in the Campaign, every Participant declares full and unconditional consent to the Rules and agrees to accept as final and binding all Nexo’s decisions with regard to the Campaign.

3. Mechanism

3.1. To be eligible for a Reward from the Campaign, the Participant has to take out a Smart Credit Line during the Campaign Period ("Eligible Withdrawal"). The first Eligible Withdrawal activates a promotional discounted-interest period beginning on the date of that Eligible Withdrawal and continuing until the end of the Campaign Period ("Promotional Period"). All Smart Credit Line withdrawals made during the Promotional Period shall be placed in a dedicated Outstanding Overdraft sub-wallet and shall collectively constitute the "Eligible Overdraft". For the avoidance of doubt, any Crypto Credits taken outside of the Smart Credit Line shall not be subject to the Campaign and shall continue to be governed by the applicable General Terms.

4. Rewards

4.1. Subject to fulfilling the requirements stated in Article 3, the Participant shall enjoy a promotional reduced interest rate ("Promotional Rate") on the Eligible Overdraft during the Promotional Period, subject to their Loyalty Tier ("Reward"), as follows:

  • Base: Standard rate 16.9% — Promotional rate 8.45%
  • Classic: Standard rate 12.9% — Promotional rate 6.45%
  • Premier: Standard rate 9.9% (dynamic 2.9%) — Promotional rate 4.95% (dynamic 1.45%)
  • Elite: Standard rate 8.9% (dynamic 1.9%) — Promotional rate 4.45% (dynamic 0.95%)
  • Signature: Standard rate 7.9% (dynamic 0.9%) — Promotional rate 3.95% (dynamic 0.45%)

4.2. For the avoidance of doubt, any early repayment of the Eligible Overdraft or a portion thereof before the expiration of the Promotional Period shall trigger the Early Repayment Fee, when applicable, presribed under Nexo’s General Fee Schedule.

4.3. Requests for cash or another Reward substitution and requests for transfer or assignment of the Reward to third parties shall neither be allowed nor considered by Nexo.

4.4. The Participants shall be fully and solely responsible for: (i) any and all Reward-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, any fees or sanctions imposed in this regard; (ii) ensuring their compliance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in regard to the Reward receipt.

ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES BY THE PARTICIPANT WILL RESULT IN THE PARTICIPANT’S DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CAMPAIGN.

5. Rights Reserved by Nexo

5.1. Nexo reserves the right, at any time, without notice and at its sole and absolute discretion, to (i) amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Campaign, (ii) disqualify, revoke, or deny the distribution of Rewards, restrict access to any of the Nexo Services, or exclude from future Campaigns any Participant, (iii) monitor, limit, prohibit, or take necessary actions to prevent the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other unauthorised technical means to participate in the Campaign. In such cases, Nexo may abstain from distributing Rewards without liability to you.

5.2. Any attempt by a Participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may represent a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Nexo reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Others

6.1. Any notice required or made under these Rules by any Participant to Nexo shall only be made via e-mail in English to [email protected]. Any notice required or made under these Rules from Nexo to any Participant shall be considered validly received when addressed to the Participant’s last provided email address, mailing address, or phone number.

6.2. Nexo shall have no liability for any Participant’s failure to receive notices therefrom regarding the Campaign due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings, or any Participant’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact details. If a Participant cannot be contacted or is ineligible, Nexo, at its sole discretion, may invalidate any Reward under Art. 3. 

6.3. All relations between Nexo and the Participants will be governed by the present Rules, the General Terms, and the Applicable Law, as defined by the General Terms. 

6.4. By entering the Campaign, the Participants declare that they have reviewed, accepted, and consented to all terms and conditions of the Rules.
