How the program actually works.

What systems do you use to track and pay partners?

The Affiliate track runs on Impact, an industry-standard platform for tracking, reporting, and payouts. The Business track runs through Nexo's own Partner Portal, built for fully customizable setups. Your Partnership Manager confirms which applies to you.

What happens after I apply?

Our Partnership Team reviews every application individually. We reach out within one business day to set up a call, walk through your options, and confirm the track and terms that fit your audience.

How long does setup take?

Often less than a day. Your partnership manager's goal is to get you up and running during that first call, on standard track terms. Deeper customization can follow at a pace that works for you.

How and when do I get paid?

Commissions are paid out via bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Withdrawals can typically be requested once every 30 days, though thresholds and frequency can be customized based on your track record with us.

Is there a minimum audience size?

There is no fixed minimum. We evaluate each application on audience fit, engagement, and alignment with our Value First standard — not size alone.

I focus mostly on client acquisition. Is there a place for me?

Yes. Professional affiliates and marketers are welcome, provided they hold the same ethical standard we expect from every partner. The Affiliate track is built for this model, with fast onboarding through Impact.
