1.1. The Target Price - A Nexo Hunt Game (hereinafter referred to as “the Giveaway”) shall be conducted within the period from 00:00 UTC on June 18, 2024, until 00:00 UTC on June 22, 2024 (“the Giveaway Period”) and shall be communicated by announcements on Nexo’s official channels on X, Reddit and Telegram - Nexo Radar (“Nexo’s Channels”).
1.2. The organisation and conduct of the Giveaway, as well as the participation therein, shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the present rules (“the Rules”), the Nexo Services General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), available on the Nexo Platform.
2.1. Clients who comply with the Rules and the General Terms, and are not (i) residents or citizens of the USA, (ii) or residents of Canada, UK, or any other jurisdictions where we have restricted our services can participate in the Giveaway (separately referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”).
2.2. Participants who have not previously opened a Nexo Account must register and complete their Identity Verification on the Nexo Platform within the Giveaway Period.
2.3. By participating in the Giveaway, every Participant declares full and unconditional consent to the Rules and agrees to accept as final and binding all Nexo’s decisions with regard to the Giveaway.
3.1. Every Participant who enters the Giveaway can win a reward only by completing all of the following actions:
3.1.1. join the Nexo’s official subreddit and/or the Nexo’s official channel on Telegram - Nexo Radar and/or follow Nexo's official X page;
3.1.2. engage in either or all ways with the Giveaway to be deemed a valid entry:
3.1.2.1. on X by liking and reposting the Giveaway post;
3.1.2.2. on Reddit by upvoting the Giveaway post;
3.1.2.3. оn Telegram by reacting with an emoji to the Giveaway post.
3.1.3. The Participant must also reply to the Giveaway post on the respective Nexo’s Channel. An answer shall be eligible if it was posted as a reply no later than 12:00 UTC on the day following the publishing of the Giveaway post, and it must contain a prediction for the price of the asset, associated with the Giveaway post, at 13:00 UTC in USD (“Prediction”). Predictions related to the price of BTC and/or ETH shall be submitted as a whole number. Predictions related to the price of the NEXO token shall be submitted as a number containing two digits after the decimal point.
4.1. The Giveaway comprises 30,000 Nexo Hunt Points (“the Rewards”). The Rewards will be divided equally between the 30 winning Participants (separately referred to as “Winner” and collectively as “Winners”). Subject to fulfilling all requirements stated in Article 3 and if selected under Article 5, the Winner shall receive 1,000 Nexo Hunt Points (“the Applicable Reward”), which shall be transferred to their Nexo Account.
4.2. All Applicable Rewards will be paid out by July 5. Nexo devotes significant efforts to ensure that payouts under the preceding sentence will be processed within the above terms, however, due to technical issues or unforeseen events, processing may take longer time, for which Nexo cannot be held liable.
4.3. Requests for cash or another reward substitution and requests for transfer or assignment of the reward to third parties shall not be allowed nor considered by Nexo.
4.4. Participants shall be eligible to participate only with their personal X, Reddit or Telegram account and to receive only one Applicable reward. In case any Participant uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempts to circumvent the Rules, all their entries, at the sole discretion of Nexo, may be disqualified from participation in the Giveaway.
5.1. The Winners will be selected by choosing the Prediction that is closest to the recorded price of the asset associated with the Giveaway post, as stated on the 1h. chart of the corresponding asset in the Nexo App’s “Markets” section, at the relevant date and time. In cases where two or more Participants have made the same Prediction that was selected as the closest, the Winner will be determined based on whoever posted their reply first. Nexo will announce all the Winners on Nexo’s Channels by July 5.
5.2. Within 1 (one) day following selection, the Winners will be notified via direct message on Nexo’s Channels to provide their Nexo Account.
5.3. Nexo shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Applicable Reward by providing their Nexo Account details within 3 (three) days of the time of sending the X, Reddit or Telegram message, Nexo, at its sole discretion, may invalidate the Winner selection and select an alternate Winner, who has the second best prediction for the relevant date.
5.4. The Winner shall be fully and solely responsible for: (i) any and all reward-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, any fees or sanctions imposed in this regard; (ii) ensuring their compliance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in regard to the Applicable Reward receipt.
ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES BY THE WINNER WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY.
6.1. By entering the Giveaway, Participants declare full and unconditional consent and agree that Nexo shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, the Winner’s entry, name, image in social media and networks, social media likeness and followings, statements about the Giveaway, and any information visible in social media profiles, without any further compensation, notice, review or consent.
7.1. Nexo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Nexo’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
7.2. Nexo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify, revoke or deny the Applicable Reward, block access to products, or exclude from future promotional offers any Participant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or violates the Rules. Nexo has the right, at its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway and to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to, the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by a Participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may represent a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Nexo reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.1. Nexo, at its sole discretion, at any time during the Giveaway Period, can amend the Rules.
8.2. Any notice required or made under these Rules by any Participant to Nexo shall only be made via e-mail in English to [email protected]. Any notice required or made under these Rules from Nexo to any Participant shall be considered validly received when addressed to the Participant’s last provided email address, mailing address or phone number.
8.3. All relations between Nexo and the Participants will be governed by the Rules and the General Terms and the applicable law, as defined by the General Terms.
8.4. By entering the Giveaway, the Participants declare that they have reviewed, accepted, and consented to all terms and conditions of the Rules.
