Rules of "Gift-a-Ton" Campaign

Gift-a-Ton (“Promo”) shall be available within the period 00:00 UTC on November 22, 2022 till - 23:59 UTC on December 31, 2022 (“Promo Period”). Promo applies to all users, new or existing clients, eligible for a Nexo Card. Every time* you make a contactless or in-store purchase, cash withdrawal, online purchase or contactless phone transactions with your virtual or physical Nexo Card you will be eligible for a flat rate reward of $10 for every $1,000 spent. Moreover, there is no limit to the number of transactions you can make for reaching a certain $1000 threshold.

Examples

• If a user spends $2000 in one transaction, they get $20, etc.
• If a user spends $1500 and afterward spends $500, he will get $20.

The reward, calculated as per the average price of Bitcoin on January 19, 2023, will be paid out in BTC on the participant’s Nexo Account on January 20, 2023.

By participating in the Promo, every participant declares their full and unconditional consent to the above requirements (“Promo Rules”), the Nexo Services General Terms and Conditions and the Nexo Crypto Credit General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) , and accepts as final and binding all Nexo’s decisions with regard to the Promo. In case of discrepancies between the Promo Rules and the General Terms, the latter shall prevail.

*As announced on the Nexo Platform, certain transactions are ineligible for the Promo and Nexo Card cashback.
