Rules of "ETHchange" Campaign

The ETHchange Campaign (“the Campaign”) is available to all Nexo users who exchanged at least $100 worth of ETH, meeting the Promo’s conditions (“the Participants”). The Promo shall be conducted within the period from 16:00 UTC on September 5, 2022, until 23:59 UTC on September 20, 2022 (“the Promo Period”).

The Participants need to exchange within the Promo Period at least $100 worth of ETH using any of the trading pairs to or from ETH, available on the Nexo Platform or the Nexo Pro Platform. Buy with card transactions made by clients residing in any of the supported countries as indicated on the Nexo Platform also count toward the goal of the Promo.

Nexo will distribute a prize pool of a total of 15 ETH to 11 Participants (“the Winners”):

1 random Winner gets 10 ETH.
10 random Winners get 0.5 ETH each.

All Winners will be drawn and announced in social media, on the promo landing page and via direct messages on September 30th 2022. The prizes will be paid-out in ETH to the Winner’s Nexo Account. Requests for cash substitution, as well as requests for transfer or assignment of prize to third parties, shall not be allowed nor considered by Nexo.

For any issues unsettled in the present Rules, the Nexo Services General Terms and Conditions, Nexo Exchange Services General Terms and Conditions, and/or respectively Nexo Pro Trade Services General Terms and Conditions, applicable for transactions made on the Nexo Pro Platform (together referred as to “General Terms”) shall apply and prevail.

Nexo has the right to maintain the integrity of the Promo and in any event of fraud or fraud attempt, at its sole discretion, to revoke, deny or withdraw prizes, to block user’s access to particular products, and/or exclude a user from any future promotional offers.

All or part of the Nexo Exchange Services and Nexo Pro Trade Services, some features thereof, or some Digital Assets, are not available in certain jurisdictions, including where restrictions or limitations may apply, as indicated on the Nexo Platform, Nexo Pro Platform, and in the relevant general terms and conditions.

The ETH worth of each separate transaction is captured as of the time of the transaction’s execution. A Participant shall be eligible for only one prize regardless of the number of entries increasing the chance to win.

Only purchases via valid Visa or Mastercard in the same legal name as the client's Nexo Account shall be processed. The client’s card details are securely processed by a licensed payment processor. Depending on the client’s card issuer's policy, additional fees for currency conversion, which are independent and out of the control of Nexo, may be imposed. The available settlement currencies on the Nexo Platform are USD, EUR, and GBP.
