Rules of ARB Promotion

Nexo Pro ARB Promotion (“the Promo”) shall be conducted from March 24, 2023 until April 14, 2023 (“the Promo Period”).

The Promo is available for all Nexo Pro users who comply with all the terms and conditions of the present rules (“the Rules”), the Nexo Pro Trade General Terms and Conditions and the Nexo Pro Crypto Credit General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), hereinafter referred to as “the Participants”.

Participants, who have executed a Spot Transaction or a Futures Transaction on the Nexo Pro Platform or on Nexo Pro Android Mobile App, where one of the Digital Assets in the Trading Pair, respectively the Instrument includes ARB (“the ARB Transaction”) are eligible to participate in the Promo.

All Participants stand a chance to win one of  following rewards (“the Rewards”):

1. 1,000 USDT and promo Trading Fees, as indicated in the notification email, for the Participant with the highest volume of ARB Transactions on the Nexo Pro Platform; and for the next ten Participants - 100 USDT each.
2. 1,000 USDT and promo Trading Fees, as indicated in the notification email, for the Participant with the highest volume of ARB Transactions on the Nexo Pro Android Mobile App; and for the next ten Participants - 100 USDT each.
3. 20 Participants with ARB Transactions on the Nexo Pro Platform and/or the Nexo Pro Android Mobile App during the Promo Period can win a Reward at 100 USDT each. The Participants receiving a Reward under this item shall be drawn on a random principle.

By participating in the Promo, every Participant declares their full and unconditional consent to the Rules and the General Terms, and accepts as final and binding all Nexo’s decisions concerning the Promo. In case of discrepancies between the Rules and the General Terms, the latter shall prevail.
